During the migration of the network to our new platform, I am sure that you all have lots of questions, and they are being answered as soon as humanly possible.
Due to a heavily increased amount of support requests, there might be a little wait for a reply, be it here at the support forum, in email, or at the help desk.
Everyone can help decreasing this time, and here is how:
ONLY use the help desk or email for login issues, payments issues, or legal issues. Anything that can be handled via the support forum here, should be posted here.
Please only request help in one section (e.g. if you have already posted here at support, there is no need to also send an email).
